Want to Make 10x Times More Money Online? Read 95% Less Information!
There must be some reason why some marketers outperform others. Said another way, if two equally skilled people struggle to make money online.. why does one makes $100 per month and the other $1,000 per week?
I think I have the answer. And you might NOT like it. Just read further.
If there is one lesson that I have learned well as an (affiliate) marketer about making real money online, it is this..
the more you focus on learning, the less time you have to actually implement what you learn for your business. Read that again, and let it sink in.
If you ask me, I figured this out myself back in 2004 and did nothing back then.
It seems I sometime fail listening to my own advice. I am lazy, you’re lazy. Everybody’s lazy.
What I recommend you do right away if you want to make 10x times more money online:
Here’s the FIRST Step:
-
unsubscribe from ALL the newsletters, eZines and mailing lists which you do not read, or can’t find any usefull stuff inside
- delete those blog links in your RSS feed reader which can’t help you personally with practical TIPS to apply in your own business.
-
remove all your bookmarks which did not aid you to move forward with your business, or start in the right direction.
I did this already and my business improved tremendously. Now not only I have more time to focus on what really counts, I also have more energy to put in marketing my business online since I don’t have info overload anymore.
Once you do all this follow the second STEP:
Read 95% less information and start applying what you already know.
That’s the key point, the missing puzzle which makes the real difference, the difference between earning $100 per month AND $1,000 per week.
To be honest with you (and you already know that), reading content-packed e-mails, full-blown articles or books won’t help you move forward with your business.
That’s a BIG distraction in today’s online world, and you have higher chances to make money online by reading 95% less and implementing more of what you already know.
I make an habit to read less information and usually do it once per week.
I save all e-mails, blog links and new content alerts from my sources into a special folder and on Fridays I get to read & implement them FAST in my business.
The latest things which I’ve read are postings on these sites/blogs as they whether sending me traffic or commented on my blog, so I wanted to know who are these folks..
morning at last! I LGR Webmaster Blog I BloggingTips.com I MeMySelfAndIBlog I LinkBuildingBible (this one was offline when first got to it)
Other than that, I won’t read a new thing online until Friday.
What about you, how often do you read new stuff and how fast do you implement it in your web business?
I’m eager to hear your opinion.
And stay tuned for the next post.

Oh, now that's interesting! I was thinking exactly as you put it earlier today…
"If there is one lesson that I have learned well as an (affiliate) marketer about making real money online, it is this..
the more you focus on learning, the less time you have to actually implement what you learn for your business. Read that again, and let it sink in."
Making money online does involve learning and skills, but it should not be at the expense of the magic ingredient – Action!
It is to easy to get distracted trying to learn all there is to know- just take action, and adjust if necessary as you go.

Thanks for the shove in the right direction. I have been thinking all morning that you can get so much info that you just go in circles. Time to settle down and produce something :0)
At what time did you try to access the blog and it was down… there was a database error on my host earlier…
Everything is looking up and running and good for me.
You are exactly correct in your thinking. I spend too damn much time reading emails that get me no where.
Thanks for the tips.

Hm..it seems everybody have this experience. But I'm staying subscribed to a majority of list just because I want to see what's new stuff and top programs these gurus are promoting so that I can clone the same offer to my own list
Sometimes you may have to get rid of all the extra distractions… but for some people who love to read (like me).. I don't find it much of a distraction at all.. because I only read what interests me , and plus I got a whole lot of free time anyways
Wow!!! Guess I'd better stop reaing and start working…I just realized that I've been doing too much research..THANKS SO MUCH.
