Why Not All Customers Love You Although Your Product Rocks

95% of people who read this message won’t believe it… because they didn’t experience what I’ve been through lately…

It’s hard to write this, but I’m trying to recover!

do you worry about refunds Why Not All Customers Love You Although Your Product Rocks

Here’s what happened: last week I launched my new info-product “Niche Blogging Profits” — it’s a result of my 4-year blogging experience…

Although I promised to never release another “make money online” product, this one is kind of different. Plus, I like to really help people. That’s why I priced it below $10!

If this product is not going to shortcut the learning curve to at least 1,000 bloggers in the next 60 days, then I’m going to never release another one…

Do you wonder what is “Niche Blogging Profits” all about?

Check this out — it’s a short PDF report where I pack almost everything I learned about making money online with blogs: tips, strategies and principles.

If you made more than $35,000 blogging, probably this product is not for you!

If you’re still wrestling with money and wonder if there’s money to be made via blogs, then “Niche Blogging Profits” is definitely a great starting point, particularly because it reveals my experience (no fluff or theory stuff!) with blogs; it’s going to open your eyes like nothing else!

Let’s get back to our main concern:

“Why Not All Customers Love You Although Your Product Rocks”, right?

Why am I saying this? Is it really truth?

Yeah, that’s the naked truth. Just now as I’m writing this I got my second refund…

FACT: refunds are something normal in the business world; no matter how great your product and how many raving fans scream about it, you’ll still get refunds, period.

There are zillion reasons why folks request refunds… in my case it was for a duplicate order — that was a legitimate refund request. The other one had no explanation — and I don’t need to worry about that… probably that person is a “refund serial” just like I was a few years ago…

Is your hearth broken when you receive a refund in the mail?

Your worry should not really exist! You better worry if you receive no refunds… if that’s the case it means
your product is lousy. If your product is not motivating people to react, you probably don’t have a real product.

The majority of your clients will whether love your product or hate it, it can’t be both!

Just think about Google. Do you really think that everybody loves it? Look at most Yahoo fans, they not only neglect Google, but they also tell others to stay away from it! You can’t mess with raving fans — those people that start telling everybody how great your product is…

What is your feeling about refunds — do you request any, and in what case?

Do you sell your own product? What is your refund rate?

I’d love to receive your comments, so start typing in… I’m here, all eyes and ears!

I was taken aback to see the price myself Codrut. And the first thought that come to my mind was… there must be an upsell in the process.

And I don’t really favorite upsell as I wish to be presented everything from upfront and make my choice from there rather than to be presented with the upsell after the first payment has been done. Simply because it’s consumers right and most of the time, the initial product don’t really worth it if not getting the other product.

Do yours have an upsell behind?

Well, no big deal Codrut as you will very well understand the mindset of serial refunder since you was once like them :)

Don’t take it too seriously. Just move on. There’s nothing in this world that pleases everybody. As long as you are really offering real value, people (majority) will come back.

Cheers!

#Waken | NetBizSimplified: I like to think on up sells as add-ons before ordering… if folks want more personal support or coaching, they could upgrade, so yes, I use up sells too :)

I have only ever bought one product and had to take the refund because I, stupidly, used my rent money to pay the first installment, in the belief that I would earn enough to pay the second installment and then some. What I understood as a promise did not come true, so I had to cancel and take the money back.
Im still struggling to earn online, but am trying all the techniques I have been taught by those I consider to be some of the best earners online.

@Ritzy, yeah, I know what you’re feeling… you got trapped into the “get rich quick” dream too… just that you have to wake up and realize there’s no such thing as make money fast on the net.

Why it should be any different than a regular job?

The benefits is that you can make a lot more and work on your leisure… plus, outsource (almost) everything to others… and enjoy your stuff! :)
