What a novel approach in todays sell it and then make it work software world....
In my days of telecom,,,,,I recall the introduction of Interactive Voice Response Systems.....you know those voice mail traps, and automated ordering systems by telephone
Just try to get a real live person for customer service help
Look forward to your emails after signing up...
Imagine actually trying not to disappoint customers!!
