Would you like to own ready-made blogs that you can easily monetize with your affiliate links?
What if these blogs would be already preloaded with content for 30, 60 and even 90 days in advance, do you think it’ll free up your time to focus on other tasks and projects?
I know there’s a high demand for such services yet there’s almost no offer available on the Internet. So, I decided to be the first to offer ready-made blogs with preloaded content for 30, 60 and even 90 days in advance, so that you can finally spend more time with your loved ones , and make money too!
Each blog will be monetized via AdSense, ClickBank and other affiliate programs of your choice.
They’ll be self-hosted WordPress blogs; I’ll register the domain names myself based on the popular keywords and host the blogs on my servers.
Each blog will have several pages including an “about” and “contact” page, along with a “disclosure policy” page to be compliant with FCT rules and safely promote any products for your blog.
From my knowledge, there’s no offer like this on the web as we speak.
Blogs come preloaded with expert content from EzineArticles, GoArticles, YouTube and other professional web sites, on red-hot niches.
All you have to do is promote your blog through all the free methods out there like blog commenting, article marketing, forum posting, etc.

I think is a very good idea especially today when time seems to be not enough to build a blog and make some history with it. Preloaded content allows me to insert fresh content when I have time without depreciating the overall quality of the respective blog. I would like to own at least 3 on different topics like: social web news, spirituality and maybe automotive.

I am really trying to get a blog going on a disease I suffer. I am a 54 year old male with type 2 diabetes, and I would like to focus on a blg about type 2 diabetes in men over 50.

1. It would make relax alittle, and not strewss so much on the content generating part, which is by far the biggest issue I have at the moment.
Have the ideas, have the vision but not an effective way to generate a lot of content yet.
2. min. 3 (between 5-10 over time)
Because i believe it would make the required platform that i need for a diversified traffic strategi, combined with video and the main website. (when fully done)
3. What specific niche[s] would you like your blog to be about?
My passion:
A. Business & people development (its my main business, where im working as a consultant, im trying to get online)
B. digital sexuality in the 21st century (im a sexual therapist aswell, and would like describe and clarify how we interact with eachother over the web)
For the money:
Anything related to people and mind development, teaching others to start online business (when im successfull) info products related to health, fitness abd that sort etc.

I like the idea but I would just as soon buy the ready made blog with content and vie for my own blog name. I like owning my own property. I don’t like promoting what someone else owns.

Thank you for the feedback. Since the blogs will be already build , they can only be hosted on my domain name/host, unless we setup something in advance, where I get paid first, and deliver the blog and all this stuff to your host. I think I’ll offer two options, self-hosted on my web host for people who don’t have a provider yet, and self-hosted on the client’s host.

Many thanks for your regular eMails and the information you have provided up to now. You idea is very interesting and could be part of the solution I am looking for.
In answer to your questions:
1. Ready made professional blog which can be effectivly monitized would start building a financial base for further expansion.
2. I would like to have at least 7 blogs focused on alternative medicine treatment promoting ClickBank eBooks on “cures”, herbal remedies, etc.
3. The specific niches would have to be identified out of the areas mentioned in #2 above.
We have a line of food supplements that we sell, low tech, via health care professionals in central Europe. We wish to go high tech but have simply not yet found the right way to do it on a reduced budget.
Perhaps youcan be part of the answer.

I have a couple of things…
For myself: graphic tips; shortcuts for same; fun little apps for creating graphics, buttons, even websites, etc. I don’t have time to write them so that would help alot. However, I would want them to be of quality… and they could include stuff folks can do with free software, plus tips for using higher end, like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Web Expression (Front Page), etc. Plus, the usual tips for online marketing.
For one of my clients: fitness — they own a small personal training center and want an online presence. So, fitness tips to help with “between” visits… you can do at home with minimal or no equipment… nutrition guidelines, etc.
NOW… one more comment… you mention above:

Can you include as a upsell, versions of the blog posts that can easily be used as article marketing? The other items I guess can’t be automated… although it would be nice if it could!

You gave me some nice ideas, thank you very much! And now to answer your question: I’m not quite sure I understand maybe you could post again and rephrase your question?
The preloaded content is actually not original, it’s from article directories and from expert authors, you’re allowed to post them on your blog, but you can’t actually re-use them as your own if you know what I mean.

Wow, what a great idea Codrut. To have blog posts preloaded for 90 days would be a great help in any niche. Not to have to think or write content would leave me much more time to concentrate on generating the traffic.
I would like to have 10 blogs to start with. I think any more than this would be too many to promote without outsourcing it. But some of the top internet marketers have 50 sites that they make money from without further promotion.
I am heavily into health so blogs to do with health would be ideal. I would have to do further research to come up with specific topics.

Thank you for the opportunity to have a ready made blog
My life would change immensely. I have been struggling online
for nearly 3 years to create an income.
I have not been able to create a web page or a blog as I have
dementia symptoms that prevent me from absorbing and retaining
the information to be able todevelop the PC skills required to setup
the products, systemtools, software etc so I spend several hours
a day promoting affiliate products through TE`s and Safelists as I
have never managed to crack the code of getting traffic
If accepted, I would like to have 2 blogs, one for my prime affiliate
site: Go Gvo.
And one based round the keywords: global warming, and: green issues.

Hi Codrut. I think the idea of a pre-loaded blog is a very good one and a niche service that is needed. It would certainly make the job of marketing much less time consuming.
As far as how many blogs to get, I would think that packages in different sizes would be a great way to go. Someone who is new might not want more than 3, since it would present too much for them in trying to do the necessary work to drive traffic. With someone like me, who is a bit more experienced, yet still have time constraints due to my other businesses, a package of 10 would suffice. A person with more time or perhaps has a team of outsourced labor to help with promotion could easily handle a package of 20+ blogs with no problems.
The niche in which I would be interested would be real estate investing. Of course I’m aware that many of your customers would be interested in other niches, such as the Make Money Online niche, or Social Networking niche, as both of these are really hot.

Fantastic Idea!
1. I am looking for a blog in certain niches. I am really behind with getting these set up, so this would make a BIG difference to me. It will save me time setting them up myself. It will save me searching for content. And, it will help with traffic generation and my clients’ experience.
2. 7! These are the areas of my business I don’t currently have a blog for.
3. 1. Business in general.
2. Self development and personal success.
3. Traffic generation in general.
4. Article Marketing.
5. SEO.
6. PPC / Google AdWords.

yes, and I see no problem, readers/visitors will click away from your blog anyway, whether you’re providing 100% original content or not, that’s why having a list is crucial

I think the idea is GREAT. I would start building my blog empire until I have ten of them. After I see how well they are doing, I would keep on buying until I get to my monthly income goal.
I would also appreciate a list of good keywords to use in the articles I send to ezinearticles, etc.
As far as specific niches, there are many posibilities in health related area. I believe a GOOD research on things that people need help on or have problems with can bring these out. Just show us what your research came up with and why you chose these specific niches. Also, giving us QUALITY CONTENT is very important, so that people will BUY.

I welcome the preloaded blog idea. Not only this can free up my time
by advertising only instead of waste time to know about how to build
and customize a wordpress blog. This can help easily to built some
extra income by promoting any affiliate program you can choose at
any time. Another way to benefit is you don’t have to be in the ligne
with your outsourcing to get the job done for you. It can be the
Life Saver for any internet marketer.
I would like to have at least 10 blogs to start if the price is not going
to let me break the bank or lose my shirt.
My sugestion for the niches should be: Internet Marketing, Affiliate marketing, Make Money online, Healt-Fitness and Remedy.
But think to extend this to Amazon Affiliate program, like selling Amazon Products.

Depends on how much time is required for me to keep the blog updated after the 90 days is up. how active will it become from basic marketing or will we have enough revenue to cover outsourced help for writing by 90 days?

What’s the topics of the blogs? money or no money,if I have no understanding on the blogs topic I would need to spend additional time
for research, allot unknowns. how long it would take to make this happen and find the correct person to help write/update content.unless use duplicate content .. way google is responding these days, seems they care less and less about duplicate content. although the readers might care enough to stop posting and drop traffic/revenue. so do we get to choose
a custom topic we would appreciate long term and continue? as the blog admin?

My opinion ..should be started on a private basis, some of us have domains we could use to jumpstart this ..unless this is not allowed? then it’s choosing long tail keyword domain. either way each person will see this differently.

Once you own the blog, it’s up to you to promote/advertise it, the smarter and harder you do it, the more it’ll pay off. It’s logical and doable, yet most people will do nothing with a blog.
P.S. I’ll take your ideas into consideration and will release a video sharing more details about this service ASAP!

Hi Codrut, A lot of people tend to fall in one of three categories. 1.impatient, 2. technophobic or 3. scared to make changes.
Your idea is brilliant and would help people to get going with preloaded content.
I feel 1 to 3 for beginners would be fine so they can get to learn how to use them, however larger packages for the more experienced would be well received.
Finally Health, Sport and Nutrition would be great because they could be broken down into smaller niches.

I like to get into health and longevity niches. All subjects on the alternative health field will be good ie no pharmaceuticals monetization.
What if I use Yahoo Content Ads instead of Adsense Ads on my blog, will you be ok?
Do you have quick methods to make the preloaded contents unique, so that no others are similar to mine.
In this program, are you going to help flip the blogs later for $10000 when a blog has reached $1000 revenue per month?
Will you help in traffic gen as well as traffic conversion?
How soon can we expect some sales to start rolling in from targeted traffic?No sales mean no ROI and total waste of time & focus

hey, thank you for your input. I truly appreciate your ideas. And yes, you have the option to add any plugin/or monetization method. I just load it with the standard plugins for adsense/yahoo/amazon, and all you have to do is include your code/html, etc.
There’s no quick way to make each content unique. I was thinking to get free reprint articles from EZA and other similar sites, but if you have auto-content spinners., or something similar, feel free to use them.
To be honest, 100% original content is ideal, although most readers will actually like having practical content [that works] over original stuff that’s pure theory or B.S.
No, I’m not helping with blog flipping, unless you, or others agree on a % share. Why not!
I won’t help with traffic yet, unless you’re interested in advertising on my network/current blogs I or my clients own.
I give no specifics on the income earned, that;s up to you, and it depends 100% on the traffic/advertising/promotion you bring in.
There are lots of great methods that bring free traffic including blog commenting, article marketing, forum posting and guest blogging, just to name a few

My biggest challenge isn’t getting content or monetizing a blog, it’s getting traffic to it. My blog is monetized VERY well and has boatloads of information. In addition to the great content, I have well placed adsense, Chitika and Clickbank products. As many of us would agree, traffic is key. Article writing these days is tough. You spend an hour writing what you think is a GREAT article only to wait 10 days to find that it’s unapproved. Finding unique content for approval has gotten harder and harder. Adwords is just through the roof…! spending $1-$3 on a click do drive 100 people/day costs $200/day is OUTRAGEOUS! Google has gotten very greedy and i have shut the door on them after draining my bank account. Sooo, I guess what I am trying to get at is…Getting a “premade” blog is the easy part…Getting the traffic is the challenging part.

for most people getting traffic is as hard as getting the blog setup and content created, or preloaded. for others everything is easy, just that it takes either time, or money, or both.
I suggest you forget about AdWords, and try the free methods. did you try blog commenting and guest posting on other people’s blogs in your niche?
P.S. Article writing and publishing is easy if you know what are the hottest topics, and getting your article not approved is because you’re not abiding by the article directory rules.

Spode, since when having ads placed all over a blog means it’s monetized very weel? lol
To be honest, your blog screams ads, and your ads are getting low clicks because they’re not blended within the content. At least, you should read Google basic tips on how to get more clicks, then you can argument that your blog is monetized VERY well.

This would be a great benefit for the “technically challenged”, but who are willing to learn and use blogs to grow their online business
I have technical expertise in many areas, but not blogging or assembling keyword focused content.
Would like to work out an arrangement to get a blog set up on my own host, with potential to get more of them created in the near future (depending on my satisfaction with the work, which I already know would not be an issue!!!

Answers to your questions:
1. Would greatly simplify the expansion of my online business. It would eliminate many mistakes, and speed up the process considerably!
2. I see myself having 8 to 10 blogs, which would be manageable, yet enough to cover many subjects in my niches.
3. Would like to keep my specific niches to myself, but some ideas are:
-investments (stocks, options, retirement planning, guaranteed investments)
-health care (insurance options, lowering health care costs, benefits of eating unprocessed foods, natural supplements and their benefits)
